• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon successful completion and delivery of the project.

• Refunds: Should we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service by the specified deadline, even after any mutually agreed-upon extensions, a refund will be issued.

2. Subscription-Based Services:

• Pricing: Our subscription services start at £100. Each package is custom-designed to cater to individual client requirements.

• Invoicing & Payment: Invoices are generated at the beginning of every month. Clients are expected to settle their dues by the 1st of the month, with a grace period extending until the 15th. However, payment schedules can be adjusted based on individual client agreements.

• Refunds: For fixed-amount invoices, refunds are available under specific conditions:

  • Clients must request a refund within 14 days of making their payment.
  • The refund request should clearly state the reason for seeking the refund.
